Shipping Perishable Goods All our bakes — including brownies, traybakes, and cookies — are freshly handmade and contain no artificial preservatives. While we carefully package each order, please note:

• We cannot guarantee product freshness for deliveries outside the UK due to variable transit times.

• Some items may arrive slightly softened or shifted during international transit.

 

Customs & Import Duties:

• Your order may be subject to local customs clearance and/or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Emilie’s Emporium is not liable for delays caused by customs.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

• UK Orders: 2-14 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (always sent with Royal Mail) (depending on location and customs)

• Tracking is included where available.
