A thick base of creamy Belgian milk or white chocolate is crowned with chunks of classic Battenberg sponge—soft pink and yellow squares wrapped in almond marzipan. Finished with a drizzle of white chocolate, this slab is a bold nod to a teatime favourite, reimagined in chocolate form.
