A decadent twist on a teatime classic! Our Cherry Bakewell Cookie Dough Pie is a rich and gooey dessert that combines nostalgic British flavours with indulgent cookie dough. Inside a golden vanilla cookie dough crust, you’ll find layers of sweet almond, juicy glacé cherries, and a marzipan-infused cream filling. Finished with silky white icing and crowned with a whole cherry—this is a Bakewell like no other.
Ingredients:
•Vanilla cookie dough base
•Almond cream filling
•Glacé cherries
•Marzipan
•White chocolate
•Icing sugar
•Butter, flour, sugar, eggs
•Natural almond extract
•Vanilla essence
•Whole glacé cherry (topping)

Shelf Life & Storage
•Room Temperature (cool, dry area):
Up to 2 days – not recommended for extended storage if it contains fresh cream.
•Refrigerated (4°C):
Best within 5 days – store in an airtight container to retain freshness and texture.
•Frozen (-18°C):
Up to 1 month – wrap tightly in cling film and foil. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Perfect with a cup of tea or as a bold centrepiece for any dessert table.
